Single Estate English Green Tea
Hand-plucked early in the morning, when the leaves are at their freshest, this outdoor-grown whole leaf tea is crafted using only the top two leaves and a bud. Gently hand-roasted to lock in natural goodness and enhance flavour, the leaves travel just 500 yards from field to factory, preserving their vitality and the abundant health benefits they offer.
The dancing leaves produce a pale lemon-green liquor with a light, sweet vegetal character and a hint of seaweed. Smooth and balanced, it carries no astringency and finishes with a lasting note of umami. The dry leaf reveals aromas of seaweed, toasted sugar, fresh grass and candy floss.
Each batch is traceable by harvest date and row, reflecting the subtle seasonal variations of our Sussex terroir.
The tea encourages you to make a moment, pause and achieve clarity of mind. Refreshing, cleansing and invigorating, this tea captures the purity and vitality of nature. The leaves may be infused multiple times, with the second infusion revealing further depth and complexity.
