Are you open for tours and tastings?
We are not currently open for tours and tastings but are working to be able to welcome visitors to our beautiful site in future. Please check our accommodation page to learn more about booking a stay at Sandbanks.
Orders & Deliveries
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days for you order to arrive. Contact info@bankstea.com if you have not received your order in this timeframe.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If you contact us before your order has been dispatched within a 24-hour period of placing your order at info@bankstea.com, we can assist with amending the details of your order or cancelling it and issuing a full refund, allowing you to place a new order.
